Hammer 1st 1370

I made alot of progress down below this past month. I think that I may be getting very close to understanding more of Coniferia. There are many barriers yet and some evidence that others have been here. As always I will be cautious even if it takes me years. I have definitely made it to the Fall and Beyond period and have breached the Shadow age. Pottery and other minor artifacts, writings and divinations hold these conclusions up. I may have even gain the Age of Discovery but I am uncertain about some of the writings. I will have to pay a visit to Daggerdale Library.

I took a few excursions into TP but as always there was a block on all the threads I tried to follow. Mystryl's legacy is absolute in this matter. Regardless of what others think there are simply no holes to be found. And I absolutely refuse to court the Dark Lady's power to find a work around. Let fools play with the shadow weave if they want. But every shortcut has it's price. That has been my experience. Besides, Mystryl's legacy should not be tampered with especially with the shadow weave. Many unforeseen things could occur if such forces were brought together. Some things are better left alone.

In other matters some of the focal point threads have been missing for some time. Temporal Prime studies show a very peculiar blue sheen to the threads I have been watching. There has been intermittent breaks in these lines but even the breaks still hold a whisper thin blue thread. It is my conclusion that there is divine work here and something not to be trifled with. Current historical belief is 100% to all residents within the dale. As you leave the dale, memory gaps and false/true memories get confused even at a distance of 20 miles. There have been no disturbances for months and the great river seems to have adjusted to this new course. Still no sign of what caused this but anomalies include the towns of Hadreth's Glen, White Chalk Hollow, Teshmere and Tethyamarside.

I also successfully recruited some new adventurers in town. They are wet behind the ears but they do seem earnest and willing to talk about doing the right kinds of things. I left a few things around town for them to do and they are off eagerly working on them as I write. With training they could be a wonderful asset to prying open the secrets of Coniferia.

The day could have started out better. I bought some new inks from Orbadalis last ride and mistakenly put them on the wrong shelf. That in itself would have been OK but since I was up reading so very late last night I wasn't in the best frame of mind to tell the difference between one of the new ink bottles and the laundry soap this morning.. So, while I wished to make the appearance of a powerful wizard all dressed in white to these newcomers instead they had to deal with an old man in light blue robes. The staining does seem to be permanent and the color is a nice shade. I may keep it. I may have too as it was a large laundry day and all of my cloths are now light blue.
