Alheric - Male Assimar Paladin of Torm, "Time for a little bit of the rough and tumble."

Alheric knows little of his parents or childhood. He does know that his blood contains the pureness of light and goodness. His uncle, Andurial shows up from time to time to give advice and check on Alheric's progress in fighting evil and self development. Andurial is thought to be a celestial, perhaps a deva. Alheric seems completely untroubled by traveling with a necromancer. In fact, Tiberius is his life long friend and the two have slain many an evil being and even thwarted the plans of Fzoul Chembryl in direct confrontation.

Tiberius - Male Human "Necromancer", "If this is supposed to be a dule wizard, why are you wasting time looking through your books?"

Tiberius likes to put people on the wrong foot with their assumptions about near everything. While he calls himself a necromancer it is thought he is actually a sorcerer. Some of his enemies have found out the hard way that he seldom shows all that he knows and always has another trick up his sleeve. He enjoys duling and spell battles. He trusts his friend Alheric implicitly and would be the first to know if someone had charmed or took the guise of his dear friend. While they don't always see eye-to-eye, Tiberious has blown appart more than one foul backstabber trying to hurt his friend.

  • Eleasias 8th - having successfully counted the stones in their cells and named all the rats our heroes are set free. There had indeed been a misunderstanding and they could now go their own way again. There were no apologies offered by the grim black staff wielding wizard that set them free. But there was a carriage waiting for them to take them to the estate of the estimable Maskar Wands. It seems his grandson is a bit of a black sheep in the family and causing too much trouble for his own good. The party is hired to take "Marko Volo" aka. Marcus Wands to Shadowdale. They are to convince him that they want him to guide them to Shadowdale. They also have a scroll tube with a letter in it to give to the Lord of Shadowdale. The party is given horses, food and misc. gear. First stop, Marco Volo, then on to the Way Inn.
  • Eleasias 9th - In the predawn hours the party finds Marco about to slip out a window. Amends are made and things hastily packed to go to Shadowdale. But the party is ambushed in the ally by some hired mercenaries. Things come to blows and spells. The mercenaries that didn't run are left for dead. There leader was someone with the last name of Blacklance. Alheric's shoulders begin itching.

One of the mercenaries was a former captain in the fiendish armies of Castle Dragonspear.

After a good supper and baths and much to short a night, the party is attacked by a rat fiend that leaves Alheric temporarily paralyzed. While Tiberius is getting help Dhylmorre and Winestab arrive and try to steal a magic item they say is hidden in a scroll tube the group is carrying. They are forced to flee when Tiberius and Dauravyn arrive with some armed servants. After a very short rest the group is fed, given one weeks supplys and sent on their way at the break of day after Dauravyn learned of a large bounty on their heads (dead or alive).
